We hand monsters over to the stork within 2 business days of your payment clearing. 

 For a fast and safe delivery of your new little bundle of monster, Trolley Monster posts via express post for all items that will fit into a 3kg Australia post bag. For items and orders that will not fit into a 3kg express postage bag we will send out via registered mail at no extra cost to you.

Even though we post express, items still may take 3 - 4 days to arrive depending on your suburb.

If the monster you have ordered is still being trained (ON BACK ORDER) please allow 10 working days for us to get him/her to the stork.
